A multiple award is an award to two or more contractors for the same products and/or services at the same or similar prices. LA County IT Support Services Master Agreement
The Los Angeles County utilizes Master Agreements when a list of pre-qualified vendors are needed for various services. As services are required, Master Agreement contractors receive work or purchase order solicitations in the categories for which they are pre-qualified. Work is awarded to the lowest priced, most-qualified bidder, unless the work or purchase order solicitation identifies other specific evaluation criteria.
