Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful deployment of our media asset management systems. While deep technical experience isn’t a requisite—thanks to our robust technical team—a foundational understanding of media workflow or software development project management practices would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables from initiation to closure.
- Establish project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to track progress
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding project status, changes, and risks.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, adjusting schedules as necessary
Team Leadership:
- Cultivate a positive team environment, motivating team members and facilitating discussions.
- Address potential conflicts, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments
Continuous Improvement:
- Collect and analyze feedback from completed projects to refine processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, integrating new ideas to improve project management methodologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in media asset management, media workflow, or software development domains.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to foresee potential issues and develop solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- A “Get Things Done” attitude, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Desirable:
- PMP, Prince2, or any related Project Management certification.
- Experience in the media industry, specifically related to media systems workflows, media technology, or digital asset management.
