Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales – Multiple Locations Available!

IMT is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Professional to be the frontline for quotes, orders, returns and ETAs for client projects while providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Candidate must understand technology components that make up servers, disk storage, data tape storage, and networking equipment to create accurate bill of materials to be reviewed by IMT Sales staff.

Ideally this candidate has some experience working for a video systems integrator and would understand concepts such as video ingest, digital asset management, near-line storage, and archival storage but is not required.

Qualifications

• 3 + years of Sales Coordinator or Inside Sales experience with a reseller or systems integrator
• Experience creating bill of materials / quotes
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Overall front line customer satisfaction and responsiveness
• Keep sales training and vendor certifications current
• Support Sales by providing quotes, placing orders, tracking ETAs, and any returns
• Interface with IMT Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable departments
• Demonstrated ability and motivation to meet and exceed set targets and goals
