Tennis Channel

In a facility remodel at the Tennis Channel, Integrated Media Technologies, Inc. (IMT) designed and implemented a file-based workflow that leverages Apple’s Final Cut Server for Asset Management with custom workflows built by IMT Professional Services. The new design allows Tennis Channel’s broadcast operations, editorial, graphics, and post production teams share content in a shared storage environment powered by Quantum’s StorNext and Apple’s Xsan File Systems. Tennis Channel can use Final Cut Server to move content through their file-based workflow from high performance FC storage off to their multi-petabyte capable LTO archival tape library. This solution is a perfect example of IMT’s fast growing, end-to-end Professional Services business, which includes specialized StorNext and Digital Archive Consulting Practices.
